Anderson Ashton has built five buildings for us. With over 50,000 sq. feet of manufacturing space, we have not ever had a problem. The projects were completed on time and always with the utmost quality. Additionally, the project managers were always very professional and very good at meeting our needs. We did some extra heavy-duty concrete floors because of the size and weight of our equipment. Anderson Ashton was very helpful in helping us come up with a custom floor that met our requirements. We also had to construct a building that was also a paint booth. This was required because of our need to paint our large projects where they are constructed. We had many explosion proof electrical and exhaust requirements that added to the complexity of our custom building. OSHA had us changing things, and Anderson Ashton was always accommodating, and helped us achieve our goals in a cost-effective manner.

Highland Development has been fortunate to collaborate with Anderson Ashton on several self-storage projects in the greater Milwaukee area since 2016. Our first project was the conversion and expansion of a Franklin, WI warehouse to self-storage, which required a zoning change. They spearheaded the design, held meetings with local officials, and represented us at local hearings. The project gained approval and was completed within the budget and on schedule. During the process, we were so impressed with their team, we engaged them to design and construct other conversions and expansions in Milwaukee and West Allis. We also engaged them to repair and upgrade our facilities that had been completed by another contractor. They consistently strive for owner satisfaction, from overall scope to the most minor detail. Our municipality entered into a contract with Anderson for architectural, engineering services and construction management for the purpose of building a new 31,000 square-foot public works facility. We entered into a construction manager at risk contract with a guaranteed maximum price. After completion of the final construction drawings and final bids, any savings were to be credited to the Village of Mt. Pleasant. Anderson Ashton not only fast-tracked the design process, they have successfully expedited the building process as well. All of this has been accomplished while saving the Village over $200,000 because of their due diligence during the bidding process and value engineering. I would highly recommend Anderson Ashton to any municipality considering a building or remodeling project. They are true professionals and have been a pleasure to work with.
