For years now, the structural building material of choice in southeastern Wisconsin for commercial and industrial buildings has been painted concrete block.  Whether people realize it or not, aside from company branding the most important reason for applying paint to concrete block is to protect the buildings interior from moisture.

Today, more and more companies are feeling the pressure to advertise to their customers and clients that they are an environmentally conscience, "green" company, and if they haven't then you are being left way behind. The problem  with this is the lack of education and misleading information concerning the "green" movement and for that matter "global warming".

Pole Position Raceway, which has a dozen similar facilities elsewhere across the country, plans to offer what it calls high-performance racing, with electric go-karts that reach top speeds of 45 mph. The raceway would have two tracks that can be changed to vary the race design for racers from 12 to 65 years old. The tracks can also could be combined into one large track.
