Bethlehem Evangelical Lutheran Church and School in Germantown, WI is a great example of the effectiveness of a master plan. Phase II consisting the addition of a pre-school and early childhood learning center was completed in time for the fall 2012 school year. Future phases include additional classroom space and a separate Sanctuary space.
Completed in spring 2010, this new worship space designed to seat 150 for St. Mary’s Episcopal Church in Dousman, WI. took its cues from the original historic church located on the same site. Special attention was given to the quality and type of material used in this project. Arched windows, wood laminated beams, wood alter and the use of cut stone on the facade made this new worship space look right at home on this historic site in Dousman.
St. John's Evangelical Lutheran in Mukwonago, WI is an excellent example of how effective the Design/Build delivery method is when Master Planning for congregations experiencing growth. The first phase of this project began with a K thru 8 school with the gymnasium acting as a temporary Sanctuary until phase two was built 6 years later.
