Medical-Dental Projects

The first floor of the Stoneridge III building houses Forward Dental, Advanced Dental Specialists and Deerwood Orthodontics. Anderson Ashton designed and built this 14,014-square-foot dental facility, featuring 32 operatories, to suit a broad range of specialties including general dentistry, orthodontics, periodontics, endodontics and oral/maxillofacial surgery.

This build out of an existing 7,300-square-foot third floor space required Anderson Ashton to successfully navigate not only a tight construction schedule but also to give special consideration to minimizing construction noise and traffic due to other tenants in the neighboring spaces.
