This 40,622-square-foot, pre-engineered building serves as an equipment training facility and includes offices and conference rooms. In order to give the facility a “clean room” feel, proprietary equipment was set between glass walls and the floors feature an exposed aggregate concrete finish.

A significant addition to a Milwaukee industrial site, this 47,680-square-foot building houses two independent crane rails with two 75-ton cranes with 52’ hook height and two 20-ton cranes with 31’ hook height.  

Anderson Ashton and partner Butler Manufacturing utilized systems construction to complete this 30,837-square-foot corporate office and truck repair facility. Construction highlights include a 40-year standing-seam roof and bright red panels to connect the corporate color to the passing traffic on the nearby interstate highway.
