St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church and School exemplifies how the design/build delivery method is a critical piece of the master planning process, especially for growing congregations and those that include multi-use aspects such as a school and gymnasium.
Faith-Based Projects
Taking its cues from the original church on the same site while adding additional space and seating, Anderson Ashton's design for St. Mary's Episcopal Church features arched windows, wood laminated beams and cut stone on the façade for an updated and efficient take on this historic site.
It took a well-planned process and strong collaboration between the church and Anderson Ashton to bring the Star of Bethlehem Lutheran Church & School to life. The church wanted to stay within the New Berlin community and – with the multiple additions and restructuring of the site rain runoff & storage – Anderson Ashton was able to maximize the space needed on a comparatively small site to deliver on all the needs of this fully functioning school and church.
