The vast majority of roof leaks can be directly attributed to clogged roof drains, gutters and downspouts. When is the last time someone your gutters, downspouts or roof drains have been checked?
If you have not had your facility manager check them out lately, I would highly suggest doing so before the snow starts to fly. Clogged roof drains, gutters and downspouts going into winter WILL cause ice damning which can cause all sorts of problems to your roof including those pesky springtime leaks.
