Our client C.I. Banker Wire and Iron Works was featured in the most recent addition of the BizTimes. As the article states, Banker Wire is growing at a rapid pace and have taken advantage of Anderson Ashton's design/build delivery method to bang out the initial interior remodel and the subsequent building addition featured in the BizTimes article. 
This project could not afford the extra time that is required when a company employs the standard Design/Bid/Build method of hiring an architectural firm who produces plans that are then sent to bid through a third party project management firm. Many steps, many chances for missing details, and many opportunities for project overruns.
